A third man was never identified and all of the stolen firearms were never recovered, police said.
A 19-year-old and a 22-year-old will go to state prison for up to ten years for their role in a home invasion in Hilltown Township last year where they posed as sheriff’s deputies.
Zbigniew Still, 22, of Philadelphia, and Jarrett Fort, 19, of Glenside, pleaded guilty to theft, burglary, conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of theft by unlawful taking, according to court records.
Both were sentenced by Bucks County Common Pleas Judge Stephen A. Corr to five to 10 years for theft and three to six years for burglary.

“I am proud of the great work done in this case,” said Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn. “Fortunately, home robberies are exceptionally rare in Bucks County. However, when they do occur, law enforcement will deploy numerous resources to identify and arrest the perpetrators, and we will prosecute to the fullest extent possible.”
Authorities said Hilltown Township police were dispatched to a home on the 100 block of Reliance Place in the Green Meadows development on May 25, 2023, for a report of a home invasion robbery.

The investigation revealed that three men arrived at the location in a rented vehicle and were dressed as deputies, police said. The men wore masks and claimed to be with the Sheriff’s Department and have a warrant.
Armed with a firearm, the men entered the home, authorities said. The men tied the victim up with a zip tie and took him to another location in the home.
Two of the men then stole two firearms, a large amount of marijuana, $4,000 cash and several items of clothing, police said.
The three men fled the home in a white Ford Explorer and the victim was able to call for help. According to Schorn, police were able to identify two of the three men as Still and Fort.

This case was investigated by Hilltown Township Detective James Towhey and prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Edward Furman Jr.
