DOMESTIC DISORDER

On Nov. 4 at 4:15 a.m., Cranston police officers arrested Alex Martra, 24, of 48 Chestnut Hill Ave., Apt. 3, Cranston, for domestic disorderly conduct resulting from a disturbance at the above address. Martra was held for the morning court.

SHOP LIFT

On Nov. 3 at 9:50 a.m., Cranston police officers arrested Carissa M. Manning, 37, of Binghampton Ave. 11, Apt. 1, Johnston, on one count of shoplifting and held without bond on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Stop & Shop, 204 Garfield Ave. Manning was issued a bond to appear and subsequently transported to ACI.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ATTACK

On Nov. 2 at 12:43 p.m., Cranston police officers arrested Michael Mangiarelli, 56, of 314 Princess Ave., Cranston, for simple domestic assault and domestic battery. The arrest is the result of a disturbance call at the above-mentioned location. Mangiarelli was awaiting arraignment and was being held as a bail violator, according to Cranston police.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ATTACK

On Nov. 2 at 12:47 p.m., Cranston Police officers arrested Krista M. McCagney, 38, 314 Princess Ave., Cranston, for simple domestic assault and domestic battery. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the above location. McCagney was awaiting arraignment and is currently at RI Hospital.

DUI

On November 2, at 12:46 a.m., Cranston police officers arrested Alyssa M. Beaton, 25, 18 Balsam Lane, Smithfield, on a warrant for driving under the influence (BAC levels 0.10 to 0.15). The arrest was the result of a previous arrest by Rhode Island State Police. Beaton was charged and released by a bail commissioner.

GUARANTEES OF ARREST

On Nov. 2 at 4:12 a.m., Cranston Police officers arrested Victor A. Avila, 38, 891 Cranston St., Cranston, on three Superior Court Bench Warrants. The arrest stems from a car stop on Cranston Street near Niantic. Avila was handed over to the ACI.

GUARANTEES OF ARREST

On Nov. 1 at 5:55 p.m., Cranston police officers arrested Ginamarie Costa, 54, of 101 New London Ave., Apt. 145, Cranston, for an active Rhode Island State Police warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Mobil, 975 Oaklawn Ave. Costa was turned over to the Rhode Island State Police.

DRIVING WITHOUT OWNER’S PERMISSION

On Nov. 1 at 6:20 a.m., Cranston police officers arrested Christina Whited, 56, of Greene Ave. 52, Cranston, for driving without owner’s consent. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop near the intersection of Park and Gansett avenues. Whited was held for arraignment.

VANDALISM

On Oct. 29 at 9:01 a.m., Cranston Police arrested Justin Goins, 39, of 126 Elwyn St., Cranston, for vandalism/malicious damage to property.

DRUG POSSESSION

Around 11:24 a.m. on Oct. 29, Cranston police arrested Licheva Castro, 35, of 112 Briggs St., Providence, and charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance (less than 10 grams, crack cocaine and fentanyl) .

SHOP LIFT

On Oct. 29 at 2:07 p.m., Cranston police arrested Jaycup D. Lindgren, 26, of 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. G125, Cranston, for shoplifting, at Stop & Shop, 204 Garfield Ave.

DOMESTIC DISORDER

On Oct. 29 at 3:20 p.m., Cranston police arrested Wendely Bautista, 24, of 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. E110, Cranston, on charges of domestic misconduct, domestic simple assault/battery, following an incident at the Riverbend Apartments.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF SEXUAL OFFENDER

Around 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 29, Cranston police arrested Ronald Sanford, 51, of Howard Ave. 30, Apt. 58, Cranston, for failing to update his sex offender address with authorities.

POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

At approximately 9:21 p.m., Oct. 29, Cranston Police arrested Milene S. Fernandes, 43, of 85 Meadow Drive, North Providence, for possession of stolen vehicle (first offense).

GUARANTEES OF ARREST

On October 30 at 12:16 p.m., Cranston Police arrested Nichol M. Corey, 40, of 18 Kennedy Road, Newport, on an active Second District Court warrant.

GUARANTEES OF ARREST

On October 30 at 1:20 a.m., Cranston Police arrested Roland R. Bernier, 40, at 234 Ausdale Road, Cranston, on an active warrant out of the Third District Court. He was also charged with driving on a suspended/revoked/cancelled license (4th or subsequent offense, a misdemeanor).

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

On Oct. 30 at 7:44 a.m., Cranston Police arrested Sandra R. Pombeiro, 43, of 113 Greenwood St., Apt. 2, Cranston, for domestic violence – simple assault and/or battery (first offense) and domestic violence – disorderly conduct.

SIMPLE ATTACK OR BATTERY

At 12:53 p.m., Oct. 30, Cranston police arrested Ryan J. Gautier, 37, of 16 Uxbridge St., Cranston, for simple assault (two charges) and disorderly conduct.

VIOLATION

On October 30 at 12:54 p.m., Cranston Police arrested Daniel Lee King, 37, homeless, on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass following an incident at 102 Jordan Ave.

GUARANTEES OF ARREST

Around 2 p.m., Oct. 30, Cranston police arrested Debbie A. Martin, 38, of 85 Briggs St., Apt. 414, Cranston, for malicious trespass following an incident at Dollar General, 1548 Broad St.

SIMPLE ATTACK

Around 9 a.m. on Oct. 30, Cranston police arrested Randi Gautier, 42, of 68 Beech Ave., Cranston, for simple assault (two charges) and disorderly conduct, following an incident at Marasco’s Bar & Grill, at 1458 Park Ave. .

GUN AND DRUG COSTS

On October 31, 11:14 p.m., Cranston Police charged Michael F. Mancini, 29, of 84 West Hill Drive, Cranston, with license or permit required to carry a handgun, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and shooting in a compact area, ban on large capacity input devices and disorderly conduct, following an incident at 39 Phoenix Ave.

DRAG RACING

On October 31 at 7:12 p.m., Cranston Police arrested Corey Mossman, 30, of 14 Abbey Lane, Foster, for Driving To Endanger (Bodily Injury), and Reckless Driving/Drag Racing/Eluding Police following a traffic stop near 266 Scituate Ave.

SIMPLE ATTACK

On Oct. 31 at 9:44 p.m., Cranston Police arrested Miguel A. Chevez Bonilla, 22, of 977 Chalkstone Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, for simple assault or battery, disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest.
