Calgary Weather: Expect a cold and windy Tuesday

Tuesday will be a colder day, the coldest of the week in fact.

Morning rain showers and windy conditions could lead to poor visibility and slippery roads in parts of Calgary during your morning commute.

The on-and-off flurries will subside by 11 a.m., after which the sun will reach its peak in the afternoon.

Only 2 degrees Celsius, and this is accompanied by a cold, strong wind gust from the north up to 60 km/h.

Temperatures will actually start to drop instead of rising at 2 p.m.

Wednesday will be a normal day in early November, but thanks to a ridge of high pressure moving in late Wednesday, temperatures will rise into the teens for Thursday and Friday.

We have to stick to double figures for Saturday.
